The Open Business for Community Development project was launched in June 2022 to foster innovation in Higher Education (HE), Continuing Vocational Education and Training (c-VET), enterprises and the broader socioeconomic environment. Through the Open Business approach, the OBCD project promotes the sustainable growth of social enterprises (SEs), aiming to close the gap in training options and skills development of SEs by designing and testing targeted new curricula for SE professionals. The project will also develop SE ecosystems in Greece, Italy, Spain and Finland, and will launch an incubator pilot in Greece to support the growth of SEs through Open Business.
