This text explains our policy on processing of personal data collected through contact systems and / or other services on site www.obcdproject.eu.

1) Type of data collected
The personal data sent through the services on site are as follows:

  • e-mail address
  • geolocation data

The sending and consent to processing of data is optional. This free to deny or in part the consent sending and/or processing of personal data renouncing same time the possibility of services provided by website www.obcdproject.eu which the sending and consent to processing of personal data is required. The Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.

The Data Controller maybe required to retain personal data for longer period in compliance with at legal obligation or by order of authority.
At end of retention period, the personal data will be deleted. Therefore, upon expiration of period, the right of access, deletion, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer exercised.

3) RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
3.1) The interested party has the right to obtain:

  2. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for purposes which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

4) EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
The exercise of rights described in paragraph 3.1 may be carried out through specific communication to data controller.

5) WORDPRESS STATISTICS
The function carries out statistics regarding the number of visits and the area of origin visitors. For this purpose it acquires the IP address of the users which, however, through appropriate setting of the available options, are camouflaged (example: 888.888.888.888 > 888.888.888.000) inhibiting any possibility of tracing them to a specific person or physical address.
